【摘要】 实验室的教学成果和科技创新是高等院校综合实力评定的重要标准之一,高效的实验室建设与管理模式又是实验室健康快速发展的基础保障。结合某高校建设一流大学的发展目标,全面闸述了实验室在创新人才培养、科技创新基地建设中的地位和作用,指出实验室是素质教育的重要平台,是工程技术的基础;并详细分析了欧美日实验室建设和管理模式的特点,进一步提出了高校实验室建设和管理体制改革的几点构想,从而为国内高校实验室的管理提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Results of laboratory’s teaching achievements and technical innovation is an important criterion for colleges on general level.Efficient construction and management of laboratory is the basis for healthy and rapid development of laboratory.Combined with the development goal of constructing first-class university,this paper discusses comprehensively the importance and role of the lab in innovative personnel training and science/technology innovation base construction.And points out the lab,as the basis of engineering technology, is an important platform for Quality Education and analyses in details the features of lab Construction and management modes in West and Japan,followed by opinions on the framework of lab establishment and management system reform in the university laboratory,thus providing references to the management of domestic university.更多还原
