开放式教学在工程训练中的实践与思考

【摘要】 通过对教学资源整合重组,组建"教师、工程师、技工"三位一体的教学团队,实施开放式工程训练运行管理模式,充分发挥工程训练在培养学生创新能力、动手操作能力和工程实践能力的独特功能和作用。
【Abstract】 Through the integration and restructuring engineering training and teaching resources,the formation of research-based teaching force.Carry out open-ended engineering training operation and management mode,give full play to students of engineering training in the innovative capability,hands-on ability and capacity of engineering practice.
