【摘要】 新制度经济学为人们分析社会经济问题和进行经济制度变革提供了一个全新的视角,21世纪将是新制度经济学繁荣发达的时代。建立在个人主义基础上、以通过制度变迁来降低交易成本从而实现经济增长为基本理论的新制度经济学,从方法论和理论基础等诸方面有异于运用阶级分析方法、以生产力决定生产关系、经济基础决定上层建筑为基本原理的马克思主义制度经济学,然而,两种理论之间仍具有一定的兼容性,呈现出许多共同点。本文尝试用辩证的眼光去看待新制度经济学的理论优势和缺陷,并运用马克思主义的方法论去分析新制度经济学理论体系的实质,力图给出马克思主义制度经济学中相应的辩证的、历史的解释。更多还原

【Abstract】 The New Institutional Economics offers us a new visual angle for analyzing economic problems and reforming economic institutions.The New Institutional Economics will flourish in the 21^st century.The New Institutional Economics on the basis of individualism,whose essential theory is that trade cost reducing by right of institutional changes results in economic growth,has many differences in methodology and theoretical foundation with Marxist Institutional Economics on the basis of class analysis,whose essential principle is that productivity determines productive relationships and that economic foundation determines superstructure.However,commons still exist in the tow theories.The article is trying to survey the superiorities and limitations of the New Institutional Economics in the dialectic visual angle,and analyze the theoretical essence of the New Institutional Economics by right of Marxist methodology,and bring out the corresponding explanations of Marxist Institutional Economics.更多还原
