优质、抗热同源四倍体萝卜的创制
Induction of Autotetraploid Raphanus Sativus L.WithHigh-quality and Heat-tolerance

【摘要】 本文利用不同浓度秋水仙素处理二倍体萝卜幼苗生长点,对变异株进行鉴定筛选,发现0.15%处理4次的诱导效果最好,变异株率为70%,共获得18株四倍体,同源四倍体诱变率达8.6%。与原二倍体相比,同源四倍体的株高增高、开度增大、叶片增厚、叶面积增大;花器官变大、花粉粒增大且不规则;叶下表皮气孔增大,气孔数减小。四倍体萝卜的抗逆性增强、品质显著提高且高产。
【Abstract】 In this experiment biennial vegetal dots of cultivar 2x radish was treated with the apical portion of seedlings with different dilute solution of colchicines.The results showed that treatment with 0.15%colchicines for 4 times yielded the highest autotetraploid rates(8.6%).Comparison with diploid controls,prominent difference occurred in induced tetraploid and diploid in morphology. The height of tetraploid was higher,the interspace of expansion,the size of the leaves and flowers was larger,the thickness of leaf and the length of petiole were thicker than those of diploid.The size of tetraploid pollen grain was larger and varied,the size of stomatal guard cell was also larger,but the density of stomata was less.The tetraploid plants performed high-fertility and heat-tolerance under high temperature in summer.The content of nutritional substance of 4x was higher than that of 2x.
