【Abstract】 System of tea safety construction has an important meaning.This paper analyzes several basic conception of tea food,elaborated compose of construction tea quality system,safety quality intension and the main influential factors.Based on current situation,problems and origin cause of formation of the tea quality safety.From the quality standard developed,quality and safety monitored,profession self-discipline,scientific and technological support,information platform construction,technical training services, demonstrative base construction of tea food and so on,putted forward to establish and improve the strategy and countermeasure of tea quality security system.更多还原
