【摘要】 目的:建立益智药材质量标准。方法:采用《中国药典》2010年版方法测定益智仁水分、灰分、水溶性浸出物及挥发油含量;高效液相色谱法测定圆柚酮含量。结果:得到不同产地10批益智仁水分、灰分、水溶性浸出物及挥发油含量;同时建立了益智仁中圆柚酮含量测定方法。结论:建立了较完善的益智药材质量标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the quality criteria of Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae.Methods:Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae were measured with moisture、total ash、acid-insoluble ash、water-extract and volatile oils according to the procedures recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010.The content of Nootkatone was determined by HPLC.Results: We obtained 10 batches of prepared pieces of Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae moisture、total ash、acid-insoluble ash、water-extract and volatile oils measurements;Meanwhile we set the Nootkatone HPLC method.Conclusion:This research established a good quality standard for Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae.更多还原
