抗病虫转基因广亲和水稻新资源的创新
Innovating new Transgenic Wide Compatible Rice Resource Harboring Disease-Resistant and Insecticidal Genes

【摘要】 通过转基因方式同时聚合多个抗性基因是解决水稻生产中持久抗性的一条有效途径。本研究将去选择标记的2个抗虫基因(sbk和sck)采用根癌农杆菌介导法转入兼具抗水稻条纹叶枯病的广亲合水稻品种Dular中。一系列的分子检测(PCR和RT-PCR)分析结果表明,2个抗虫基因已经转入部分转基因植株不但保留水稻品种Dular本身的广亲和和抗水稻条纹叶枯病的特性,而且还大大提高了其抗螟虫的能力。这些兼抗水稻条纹叶枯病的水稻广亲和的抗虫植株为选育更为广泛的抗性材料奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 It might be an effective ways to solve lasting resistance during rice production by pyramiding multigenes into rice with transgenic way at the same time.In this research,two insecticidal genes(sbk and sck) which marker-free have been transferred into the rice variety of Dular,which has the S5(?) gene and three stripe virus resistant gene loci mediated by Agrobacterium tumerfaciens.A series of molecular identifications(PCR and RT-PCR) indicated that the two genes had been integrated into the genomes of 18 transgenic plants and the targeted genes would be successfully expressed.Those positive transgenic plants not only retained itself internal wide compatible and stripe virus resistant property, resistant ability of rice stalk borer had also been increased.These transgenic positive plants contained wide compatible property and resistant abilities of rice stalk borer and stripe virus were propitious to further breeding program.
