【Abstract】 Abnormal lipid metabolism in vivo can induce severe cardiovascular disease. In recent animal experiment and clinical trial results show that Allium sativum L.(garlic) has a strong role in the regulation of lipid metabolism.The article systematically reviewed the research progress of garlic extract,garlic preparation,and garlic together with other foods in regulating the plasma lipid.Thus provide a theoretical basis for further development of the functional food.更多还原
