基质固相分散-气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定鲫鱼肌肉中氯氰菊酯残留

【摘要】 采用基质固相分散的样品前处理方法,从鲫鱼肌肉中提取、净化氯氰菊酯农药,气相色谱电子捕获检测器分析测定。添加3水平(1mg/kg、0.2mg/kg、0.05mg/kg)的回收率为83.6%～99.2%;检出限为2.1μg/kg。本方法可用于水产品样品中菊酯类农药残留的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Matrix solid-phase dispersion was used as sample preparation,Cypermetrin from muscle of Crucian carp was extracted、purified and then detected by GC-ECD.There are 3 quantitative levels were added in fish muscle(1mg/kg、0.2 mg/kg、0.05mg/kg) and the recovery was between 83.6%～99.2%;The limit of detection of cypermethrin was 2.1μg/kg.
