CTS-X的制备及对Pb2+的吸附研究

【摘要】 为了解决污水中铅离子的去除问题,制备了壳聚糖复合物(CTS-X):壳聚糖香草醛Schiff(CTSV)、壳聚糖水杨醛Schiff(CTSS),又以戊二醛为交联剂,合成其交联产物CTSV-G、CTSS-G,并对4种目标产物进行了红外、X射线衍射和电镜表征。以CTS-X为吸附剂,对比研究了4种物质对Pb2+的吸附,其中CTSV-G最好,吸附率可达73.88%。对吸附过程的动力学作了研究,表明吸附过程符合多孔结构的吸附特征,方程拟合结果更符合二级反应动力学。

【Abstract】 In order to solve lead ion pollution in wastewater,chitosan-vanillic aldehyde,chitosan-salicylic aldehyde Schiff base are synthesized by modifying chitosan with vanillic aldehyde and salicylic aldehyde respectively,then glutaraldehyde crosslinked chitosan-vanillic aldehyde and chitosan-salicylic aldehyde are also synthesized by utilizing glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent respectively.These two Stiff base and two crosslinked chitosan are characterized by IR spectrum,XRD and SEM.Their static adsorption to Pb2+is investigated,adsorption curve are drawn and kinetics analysis of the adsorption process were carried out.It was shown in the results that:under the experimental conditions,crosslinked chitosan template vanillin has the highest rate on the adsorption to Pb2+,adsorption rate is 73.88%.In addition,the dynamical study showed that the adsorption processes of CTSV-G and CTSS-G to Pb2+were well followed the second-order kinetic equation in the process.
