【摘要】 目的:采用高效凝胶色谱法测定猫爪草中所含多糖组分的分子量。方法:TSK-G 3000PWxl色谱柱,流动相为2.84%NaSO₄溶液,流速0.5ml/min,柱温:35℃;Shimadzu RID-2A示差折光检测器。结果:分析四个纯化部位的高效凝胶色谱图谱,多糖组分平均分子量分布部位在为1000以下。结论:该法简便,快速,可用于测定猫爪草多糖分子量分布范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The relative molecular weights of the components of polysaccharides from Radix RanunculusTernate were determined by HPGPC method. Method::The TSK-G 3000PWxl column was used at 35℃,with 2.84%NaS0₄ solution as mobile and 0.5ml/min as flow rate.The RI Shimadzu RID-2A detector was used.The molecular weight distributing of polysaccharide was measured by HPGPC.Results:Four purified polysaccharide parts were analyzed by HPGPC chromatography.Their molecular distributions and molecular weights were obtained in a range of lower than 1000.Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and the precision is good.It can be used for the determination of the molecular weight of polysccharides from Radix Ranunculus ternate.更多还原
