丛枝菌根(AM)对土壤中阿特拉津降解的研究

【摘要】 采用盆栽试验方法,以高粱为供试植物,以除草剂阿特拉津为研究对象,分别接种根内球囊霉(Glomus intraradices,GI)和摩西球囊霉(Glomusmosseae,GM),以不接种处理为对照,研究其形成的共生体对土壤中阿特拉津的降解作用。结果表明:在受阿特拉津污染的土壤中,丛枝菌根(AM)真菌能够侵染高粱的根系,土壤中阿特拉津的浓度为150mg/kg时,AM真菌对高粱侵染率为65%以上,而且GM对高粱的侵染能力比GI更强。接种AM真菌土壤中的阿特拉津的残留浓度明显低于不接种处理,并且接种GM比GI的降解效果更强,这种作用在高浓度150mg/kg的阿特拉津土壤中表现更为显著,降解率达到96%以上。接种AM真菌的宿主植物根际土壤中真菌、细菌、放线菌数量比不接种处理多,且GM优于GI处理,说明AM真菌能促进根际微生物的繁殖,从而对阿特拉津的降解也起到了一定的辅助作用。

【Abstract】 The sorghum was used as the experimental plant inoculated with Glomus intraradices(GI)and Glomus mosseae(GM)to study herbicide atrazine.The pot experiment in this article investigated the effect of degradation to the Atrazine of the symbiosis formed by the Sorghum and GI,GM,while non-inoculum was used as the control.The results suggested that arbuscular mycorrhizal plays an important role in the concentration reduction of soil Atrazine. Abuscular mycorrhizal could inoculated the sorghum root in the Atrazine polluted soil.The inoculation rate of arbuscular mycorrhizal to sorghum is 65%,while GM inoculation is stronger than that of the GI in the soil polluted that the Atrazine concentration upper to 150mg/kg.In addition,the residual quantity is higher in the non-inoculation soil than in that of inoculated by two AM fungi,and the degradation effect of GM is more stronger than GI especially in the soil that Atrazine concentration is 150mg/kg,the degradation rate is 96%in the end.The number of rhizospheric microorganism of GM inoculated soil is more than GI inocalated,while the number of rhizospheric microorganism of these two AM fungi inoculated soil is more than the control,These indicated that AM fungi inoculation could boost the breeding of rhizospheric microorganism and also assist the degradation of Atrazine.
