桉树×相思树混交与纯林土壤微生物区系比较

【摘要】 为了探讨桂南地区桉树人工林地土壤肥力及其生态效应,本文研究了广西钦廉林场两组桉树纯林、相思树纯林及两者混交林地土壤的微生物类群和分布规律,结果表明:钦廉林场人工林土壤微生物数量主要集中在0~20 cm的土层中,随着土层加深,其数量迅速减少;不同林型下的土壤徽生物总数顺序为混交林>相思树纯林>桉树纯林;不同林型的土壤微生物三大类群数量,以细菌所占比例最大,其次为放线菌、真菌。桉树与相思混交林表现了良好的生态效益。为广西当前营造相思桉树混交林提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 To find out soil fertility and ecological effects in the southern of Guangxi province,some researches were conducted on the amount and group distribution in two sets of pure and mixed forest of Eucalyptus and Acacia forest of QinLian Forest Farm in Guangxi province.The results showed that soil microbes there were mainly concentrated in the 0~20 cm soil layer and their quantity rapidly decreased with the increase of soil depth;The analytical results show that the order of the total number of soil microorganisms under forests is that of mixed forest>of legume forest>of Eucalyptus forest,among the three kinds of microorganisms,which is to say,bacteria,actinomyces and fungi,the largest proportion of population belongs to microorganisms and the fungi is at least.A good ecological benefit is appeared in mixed forest.This article provides a reference for creating Acacia×Eucalyptus forest in current Guangxi Province.
