【摘要】 生物多样性丧失是人类面临的严峻的环境问题之一,保护生物多样性是各国共同的责任。文章对加拿大《濒危物种法》的立法目的、主要内容、执法机构执法内容、执法程序进行了简单介绍,并重点对《濒危物种法》在野生物种的保护关键环节(包括濒危状态评价、濒危等级确定、濒危物种保护、恢复策略、保护和管理计划的制定、恢复进展评价)的法律条款进行了详细介绍。在此基础上,提出了我国在野生物种保护立法和管理实践上需要加强和提高的几个方面,包括1)制定权威性的野生物种保护法规;2)完善物种保护法规的相关环节;3)鼓励公民参与野生物种保护;4)提高濒危物种保护与恢复行动的科学性;5)加强对易危物种的保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 First,the paper made a simple introduction on the purpose,content,executive institute and the execution procedure of the Species At Risk Act of Canada and a detailed introduction on the key processes of wildlife protection of it,then,the paper put forward the much important issues need to be resolved urgently,which include 1) establish authoritative law for wildlife protection;2) consummate the main processes of wildlife protection law;3) encourage public’s actively take part in the protection of wildlife;4) improve scientificalness of protection and recovery activities and,5) strengthen the protection on the vulnerable.更多还原
