【摘要】 在三角帆蚌的养殖水体中添加0%、0.05%、0.1%、0.2%(体积比)的益生菌养殖三角帆蚌30天(d),分析不同浓度益生菌对三角帆蚌的生长速度和溶菌酶(LZM)、酚氧化酶(PO)活性的影响。结果表明:水体中添加益生菌提高了三角帆蚌的生长速度和免疫酶活性。经过30d养殖,0.05%,0.2%组的三角帆蚌体重生长率(WGR)均显著高于对照组,体长生长率(LGR)极显著高于对照组;0.1%组的三角帆蚌WGR和LGR均极显著高于对照组。0.05%、0.1%、0.2%组三角帆蚌的溶菌酶(LZM)和酚氧化酶(PO)活性在3、7、15、30d均显著高于对照组,LZM和PO活性均在养殖7d时达到最高。表明水体中添加益生菌能显著促进三角帆蚌的生长,提高免疫酶活性,其适宜添加量为0.1%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The growth rate and activities of immunological enzymes in freshwater pearl mussel Hyriopsis cumingii were measured after 30 days exposed to 0%、0.05%、0.1%、0.2%（volume ratio） probiotics,respectively. The result showed that the growth rate and activities of immunological enzymes were increased treated with probiotics.At the 30^th day,the weight growth rate（WGR） were significently higher treated with 0.05%、0.2% probiotics and very significantly higher treated with 0.1%probiotics than that of control group respectively.The length growth rate（LGR） was very significent higher treated with 0.05%,0.1%,0.2%probiotics than that of control group respectively.At the 3^th day,7^th day,15^th day and 30^th day,the activities of lysozyme（LZM） and phenoloxidase（PO） were significantly higher treated with 0.05%、0.1%、0.2%than that of control group respectively.The activities of LZM and PO reached the highest values at 7^th day.These indicated that probiotics added into the water could significantly increase the growth rate and activities of immunological enzymes in Hyriopsis cumingii,and the optinional concentration of probiotics was 0.1%.更多还原
