【摘要】 区域图书馆联盟是图书馆服务体制变革需求下的制度创新产物,基于区域图书馆联盟通过联盟成员馆之间的资源共建共享,有效解决读者信息获取与图书馆资源建设的矛盾,形成联盟、图书馆与读者的多赢局面。本文基于制度变迁理论的视角,以昌北高校图书馆联盟(CALA)文献传递为例,分析了区域图书馆联盟资源共享中的制度变迁收益与成本,提出了区域图书馆联盟资源共享的制度优化策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional library alliance is an outcome of the demand inducing innovation of library service system,which effective resolves conflicts between information acquisition of users and construction of library information resources by resources joint building and sharing among member libraries and creates multi-win situation among library alliance,member libraries and users.This paper takes document delivery of Changbei academic library alliance(CALA) for example and analyses the profit gained and cost paid of institutional change in resource sharing of regional library alliance and puts forward institutional optimization strategy in resource sharing of regional library alliance.更多还原
