城市公交客车制动能量再生系统及其试验研究

【摘要】 以液压储能式城市公交客车制动能量再生系统为研究对象,提出了合适的动力传动方案,并以结构简单、性能可靠、便于操控、噪音低为目标,对汽车制动能量再生系统进行了设计。结合理论计算并以一汽太湖XQ6102SH客车为改造原型进行了样车的运行试验。其结果表明整套制动能量再生系统的节油率可达15%以上,为城市公交客车制动能量再生系统的进一步实用化奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 In this paper,parallel hydraulic hybrid system is the research object,and the XQ6102SH bus of Taihu FAW is the prototype model for transformation.The author put forward a suitable power-train design.Around the main line of simple structure,reliable performance,easy to control,low noise,no leakage,the hydraulic energy storage system has been designed.At last a theoretical calculation-based running test under typical urban bus cycle has been done,test results confirm that the hydraulic hybrid system is reliable,well-performance and has reached the goal of optimal design.The sample bus lay the foundation for further practicality of regenerative braking system.
