基于TMS320F2812的机载液压泵源故障诊断系统设计

【摘要】 本文为飞机液压泵源设计了相应的故障检测系统。利用各类传感器采集泵源系统的过程数据,经A/D转换后通过SPI接口传至TMS320F2812中。针对各种故障模式下信号特征的不同,采用基于功率谱分析的快速故障诊断算法与液压泵鲁棒故障检测算法对泵源系统进行故障诊断。最终,通过CAN总线实时的将诊断结果传输给飞控计算机,对于严重的故障能够在综合显示器上显示,以便驾驶员采取必要的措施。实验表明,本故障诊断系统能够满足机载液压泵源故障诊断系统所需的快速性和准确性要求,诊断正确率高达90%。
【Abstract】 This paper design fault diagnosis system for prognostics pump of airplane.The process data of pumping source system is got by all kinds of Transducer.Digital signal,which is converted by analog signals,transmit to TMS320F2812 by SPI interface.According to different Signal characteristic of different fault mode,the fault of pumping source system is diagnosed with FFT and robust fault diagnosis of hydraulic pump methods.Through CAN bus,diagnosis result is transmitted to flight control computer in real time.The diagnosis result is showed in combined displays so that it can make pilot take required action for all kinds of diagnosis.The experiment led up to the fact that the fault diagnosis system meet rapidity and veracity requirement of hydraulic pump source system.Right probability of fault diagnosis can reach ninety percent
