新型含氟、硅系列聚合物对织物的应用性能研究

【摘要】 为了获得具有多重功效的织物,使用自制的含氟、硅系列聚合物对棉、涤棉、纯涤等织物进行整理,研究了聚合物用量、不同含氟量、焙烘时间对整理织物性能的影响,测试了整理后织物的耐洗性、柔软性及透气透湿性等。实验结果表明:采用二浸二轧工艺,整理液浓度(聚合物质量分数)为1.8%左右,110℃预烘2min,160℃焙烘1min,所得织物的性能最佳;整理后织物的拒水性最高可达6级,拒油性能在2级;洗涤50次后,拒水级别降低小于1级,因此耐洗性能良好;整理不影响织物的透气透湿性,织物的柔软性能有所改善,织物具有较好的易去污性能。

【Abstract】 In order to obtain fabrics with multiple effects,new laboratory-made fluoro- and silicon copolymer were used for fabrics water- and oil-repellent finishing.The effects of finishing agents’ usage amount,fluorine content,baking time on the properties of finished fabrics were explored.Moreover,washfastness,softness,air- and moisture-permeability of finished fabric was tested either.It was shown that the properties of these fabrics gave the best results when they were treated with a two dip-and-pad process,polymer content 1.8%in finishing bath,then dried at 110℃.for 2min and baked at 160℃.for lmin.The water-repellent level of the finished fabrics was up to 6.The oil-repellent level was about 2.The water-repellent level of the fabrics was reduced no more than 1 grade after 50 washing cycles.Thus,the washfastness was fine.The air- and moisture-permeability of fabrics was not affected and the softness was improved.Meanwhile,the fabrics showed remarkable soil-release performance.
