大功率LED路灯设计中的关键技术研究

【摘要】 在大功率LED路灯、隧道灯等产品中,产品的散热性能直接影响到LED芯片结温,进而影响到灯具寿命和灯具可靠性,并且配光设计又对灯具的最终使用效果和道路照明的安全性等方面影响巨大。通过对大功率LED路灯的热结构设计及二次光学系统设计进行了理论分析和数值仿真。并在此基础上,针对LED光源路灯提出了封装——散热一体化设计、路灯整体热结构设计和自由面二次光学系统设计等方案。通过分析表明,采用上述方案设计的路灯在温度性能和光学性能上较大的提升。采用上述技术研制的隧道灯已经成功应用于杭州邱山隧道中,达到了很好的使用效果。
【Abstract】 For high-power LED street light and channel light,the thermal design effects the temperature of LED’s junction,and therefore the lamp’s life span and reliability are effected,the driving safety is effected by the lamp delivery light’s distribution.Both of the two designs are crucial for the LED lamp.The design and simulations of the thermal structure and TIR lens’ were discussed.A novel package-heat structure integrated design method was proposed,the thermal structure design and freeform surface design were also discussed. By using the methods,the tests show that features of the street light’s junction temperature and uniformity of the light distribution are improved.A novel LED channel light is designed based on the methods and the lamp is used in Qiushan channel in Hangzhou.
