【摘要】 目的规范医疗行为,使医务人员重视医疗知情文件,维护医患双方合法权益,构建和谐的医患关系。方法对201 1年7月至2014年3月抽查的3000例病历检查情况进行总结。结果医疗知情文件不完善的621例。结论医疗知情文件缺陷是当前出现医疗纠纷很重要原因,重视医疗知情文件,加强医患沟通,势在必行。更多还原
