【摘要】 随着医院规模越来越大,床位数越来越多,原有的医疗管理模式无法适应现有的医疗服务的需求。医疗管理越来越依赖精细化管理。而且近年来随着公立医院改革的发展,全国各地积极推行支付方式改革,面临着如何科学地解决好在控制医疗费用、规范医院医疗管理与医院发展等方面的关系。我院通过在院内持续推进临床路径管理工作在促进精细化医疗,应对医保支付方式改革取得一些经验。大部分开展临床路径的病种在医疗质量得到保障的基础上缩短了平均住院日、降低了次均医疗费,得到医保部门对我院的认可。更多还原
