【摘要】 目的探讨健康体检对甲状腺癌手术患者住院费用的影响。方法回顾性分析2010年1月1日至2012年12月31日出院的甲状腺癌手术患者768例,根据首次发现甲状腺癌的途径分为体检组和非体检组,对比分析两组患者住院费用构成及影响因素。结果体检组人均住院总费用明显低于非体检组(P<0.01),住院天数、付费方式是影响住院费用的主要因素。结论健康体检可降低甲状腺癌手术患者的住院费用,减轻患者医疗负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect on physical examination to hospitalization expenses of thyroid carcinoma surgery.Methods The data of 768 cases of thyroid carcinoma surgery patients from January 1,2010 to December 31,2012 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into the physical examination group and non-physical examination group according to the pathway of thyroid carcinoma for first discovery.The components and influence factors of the hospitalization expenses of2 groups were analyzed comparatively.Results Hospitalization expenses of physical examination group were lower significantly than non-physical examination group(P<0.05).Hospitalization days and ways of payment were the main factors which affect hospitalization expenses.Conclusions Physical examination reduce hospitalization expenses of thyroid carcinoma surgery.更多还原
