【摘要】 目的评估精细化管理理论应用到纸质病案回收工作的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2011年1月~2012年12月出院患者住院病案回归到病案信息科的时间。其中2011年1月~2012年2月出院病案59,983份,出院病案回收采用常规管理收回,2012年3月~2012年12月出院病历45,408份,应用精细化管理理论进行病案回收管理。观察精细化管理理论应用前后病案收回情况。数据统计分析采用SPSS软件。结果应用精细化管理理论进行病案回收管理后,2个工作日内回收率87.4%,3个工作日内回收率92.7%,7个工作日内回收率98.9%,明显优于常规管理,均p≤0.01。结论病案回收管理精细化可进一步确保病案归档的完整性、规范性和及时性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the promoting effect of hospital asessement on the fine-grained management of paper-based medical records collection.Methods Retrospective analysis of 59983 medical records Which hospital from January 2011 to February 2011 were collected by conventional management,45408 medical records Which from March 2012 to December 2012 were collected by fine-grained management theory.Collective rate of the two groups were observed.The software SPSS was applied to analyze the data.Results after application the fine-grained management theory on medical record collection,the collective rate of medical records is 87.4%within 2 business days,92.7%within 3 business days,98.9%within 7 working days,are obviously superior to conventional management(p≤0.01).Conclusion medical record management refinement can further ensure that the integrity,normative and timeliness of the medical record archiving.更多还原
