【摘要】 目的了解我院各临床科室病床工作效率与实际床位配置情况,合理优化配置临床科室开放床位数。方法用我院病案统计管理数据库2012年住院病人动态统计表数据,采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行统计学处理,测算出开放床位数的合理区间。结果 56个临床科室中床位设置合理的有13个科室,需要调整的有43个科室。结论用病床工作效率指标可以有效的指导医院病床设置,使医院卫生资源得到更合理的利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the clinical departments of our hospital bed efficiency and actual bed allocation,optimal allocation of clinical departments open beds.Method he medical record statistics in our hospital management data base 2011 inpatients dynamic statistics data,using SPSS19.0 statistical software to deal with statistics,calculates the open bed number range.Result56 clinical departments in bed set reasonable has 13 departments,need to adjust the 43 department.Conclusion the application of sickbed work efficiency index can effectively guide the hospital setting,make the hospital more rational utilization of resources.更多还原
