【Abstract】 The paper The modern medical science of new theories,new knowledge,new technologies and new methods constantly emerging,knowledge updating cycle shortens,make the medical records management researchers face service means and service mode,knowledge structure and working skills,and other aspects of the change.These changes required medical record management not only to learn professional knowledge,and to carry out the humanities,the psychological,social sciences,education of knowledge.
