【摘要】 目的以阑尾炎为例,探讨临床路径纳入标准,为加强临床路径的科学性提供参考。方法采用统计学方法对不同病变程度的阑尾炎进行归类,并分析不同类型阑尾炎住院费用的影响因素。结果按住院费用组间差异,将6组阑尾炎病例分为三类,影响住院费用的因素主要为药占比,住院日,各类间药占比,住院日的影响度略有差异。结论临床路径标准不应单纯执行一种标准,应依据医疗资源消耗的程度制定"多模式版本",并根据影响因素有针对性地制定费用控制标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through studying on the inclusion criteria of clinical pathway with appendicitis,provide reference for enhancing the scientific of clinical pathways.Methods Using the statistical analysis.classify the severity of appendicitis and to analyze the influence factors of the cost of different types of appendicitis patient Results by hospital charges between groups,6 groups patients were divided into three types,the main affect factors of the hospital costs are drug proportion,length of stay,Impact degree of drug proportion,hospital stay between various types is slightly different Conclusions The standard of the clinical path should not simply implement only one standard,it should be based on the extent of consumption of medical resources and to develop "multi-mode version," and targeted based on factors to develop cost control standards.更多还原
