新型吸附剂的制备及其除磷性能研究

【摘要】 本研究以高岭土为主要原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备出一种新型的除磷吸附剂PRA。通过静态吸附试验,考察在25℃了,溶液pH、PRA投加量、初始磷酸盐离子浓度、吸附时间对吸附剂除磷性能的影响。研究结果表明:(1)溶液pH在2.5~9.5时,磷的去除率均大于91%,且当pH=4.5时,吸附去除率达到96.6%;(2)初始磷酸盐离子浓度为25 mg/L,PRA用量4.0 g/L时吸附达到饱和,此时对磷的去除率为97.4%,饱和吸附容量为6.08 mg/g;(3)初始磷酸盐浓度越高,吸附时间越长,PRA对磷的吸附量越大。
【Abstract】 Kaolin clay was used as main material to synthesize a new phosphate removal absorbent PRA through sol-gel method.Using batch absorption experiments,effects of solution pH value,PRA dosage,initial phosphate concentration,and absorption time on phosphate removal were investigated at 25 ℃.It was found that phosphate removal efficiency was above 91% when the solutions initial pH ranging of 2.5—9.5,and the maximum phosphate removal efficiency of 96.6% achieved at pH=4.5.At initial phosphate concentration of 25 mg/L,the absorption reached saturation with adsorbent dosage of 4.0g/L,and the phosphate removal efficiency and saturated absorption capacity were 97.4% and 6.08mg/g,respectively.The higher the initial phosphate concentration,the longer the absorption time,the greater the absorption capacity of PRA could be observed.
