【摘要】 对非分散红外多组份气体检测技术及其在CEMS中的应用作了系统总结。比较了三种主要类型非分散红外多组份气体检测系统的工作机理及构成,分析了非分散红外多组份气体检测的关键点、技术难点及其解决方案。详细介绍了该类气体检测系统在CEMS应用中的组成、技术要求和技术支持,分析比较了国内外典型非分散红外多组份气体分析仪的产品特点和技术指标,得出了其结构简单、成本低、测量精度高、稳定性好等特点。对我国气体检测技术的研究和气体检测仪器的研制有重要的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The non-dispersive infrared multi-component gas detection technology and its application in the CEMS were concluded.The operation mechanism and composition of three types of non-dispersive infrared multi-component detection system were introduced,the key factor and difficulties during multi-component gas analysis were analyzed and the corresponding solution was also proposed.The composition,technical requirements and technical support of non-dispersive infrared multi-component gas analysis system in the CEMS applications were described in detail,the features and technical specifications of some typical non-dispersive infrared multi-component gas analyzer home and abroad were analysed and compared,its characteristics of having simple structure, low cost,high accuracy,good stability were deduced.This study is of some referential value for multi-gas analysis technology and the corresponding instruments reseach in our Country.
