均相体系中酶法制备磷脂酰丝氨酸

【摘要】 近年来的研究表明,磷脂酰丝氨酸具有预防老年痴呆症、改善记忆力等功能,但是天然存在的磷脂酰丝氨酸很少,而提取制备工艺繁杂且产品安全性存在隐患。生物酶法制备磷脂酰丝氨酸具有反应条件温和、环境友好、产品质量好等优点,故近年来利用酶法合成磷脂酰丝氨酸越来越受到关注。提出了均相体系中生物酶法制备磷脂酰丝氨酸的新工艺,与已报道的液液双相体系和纯水体系相比,反应效率得到显著提高。

【Abstract】 It has been shown that phosphatidylserine has beneficial effects on the prevention of Alzheimer’s dementia and improving the memory.However,because of its minor content in natural form,the extraction process was multifarious and the product safety was doubted.There are many advantages associated with the enzymatic approach for synthesis of phosphatidylserine:the reaction can be carried out under mild conditions,the process is environmentally friendly and high quality product can be achieved.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the enzymatic method for phosphatidylserine production in recent years.A homogeneous system for enzymatic preparation of phosphatidylserine was reported in this work.In contrast to the reported reaction systems(the biphasic system and the purely aqueous system),the high efficiency was achieved.
