阿魏酰哌嗪盐酸盐的合成
Synthesis of 3-(4-Hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-l -piperazin-1-yl- propenone Hydrochloride

【摘要】 合成阿魏酰哌嗪盐酸盐。方法:以阿魏酸为起始原料,对羟基进行乙酰化保护,得到乙酰阿魏酸,经酰氯化后与哌嗪反应得到单取代哌嗪衍生物,去乙酰基得目标物。结果与结论:合成得到了阿魏酰哌嗪,目标化合物通过IR、~1HNMR和MS等确证,产率为56.9%。
【Abstract】 Objective:Synthesis of 3 -(4 -hydroxy -3 -methoxy -phenyl) -1 -piperazin -1 -yl -propenone hydrochloride. Methods:The synthesis involved ferulic acid acetylation protection,then reacted with piperazine to obtain monosubstituted piperazine derivatives,then deacetylase to obtain target product.Results and conclusions:The chemical structure of 3- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-l -piperazin-1-yl- propenone hydrochloride was confirmed by IR,~1HNMR and MS. The yield was over 56.9%.
