肥料与石膏配施对滨海盐土玉米生理活性的影响

【摘要】 以盆栽试验方式,研究了肥料与石膏配合施用对滨海盐土玉米生理活性的影响,探讨了滨海盐土适宜的肥料品种。结果表明,施用有机无机复混肥、生物有机肥+无机复混肥可显著提高玉米叶绿素含量,显著降低玉米MDA含量,显著提高玉米POD和SOD活性;随石膏用量增加,玉米叶绿素含量有显著增加趋势,而MDA含量有显著降低趋势,SOD活性有显著增加趋势。有机无机复混肥、生物有机肥+无机复混肥与石膏配施用可显著改善玉米的抗盐碱性能,可在滨海盐土农业生产及土壤改良中应用。

【Abstract】 With the conjunctive application of fertilizer and gypsum,the effects of biological properties on corns were studied via pot experiments,and the appropriate fertilizer varieties were discussed.The results showed that organic-inorganic compound fertilizers,the combination of bio-organic fertilizer and inorganic compound fertilizer could significantly increase the contents of chlorophyll and the activity of POD and SOD of the corn,and could sharply decrease the contents of MDA.With the increase of gypsum’s use level,the contents of chlorophyll and the activity of SOD of corn had a significantly increasing trend,while the contents of MDA had a significantly decreasing trend.The conjunctive application of gypsum and organic-inorganic fertilizer or the combination of bio-organic fertilizer and inorganic compound fertilizer was suitable for the agricultural production in the coastal saline soil because it improved the performance of corn’s saline-alkali.
