【摘要】 本文使用环氧丙烷与哌嗪合成了1,4-二(2-羟丙基)哌嗪(HPP),并用IR和H NMR进行表征。用DSC测量了其熔点和凝固点,用电位滴定法确定了其共轭酸的解离常数(pKa),通过TG研究了HPP半盐与SO2的反应行为以及SO(42-)的存在对HPP挥发损失的影响。结果表明,合成反应是按照化学计量比进行的,工序简单且产物纯度高。HPP的熔点和凝固点分别为95。C和56℃,其共轭酸的pKa1和pKa2分别为3.8和8.2。在烟气脱硫中,SO(42-)能抑制HPP的挥发损失,因此可作为HPP半盐的阴离子。

【Abstract】 1,4-Bis(2-hydroxypropyl)piperazine(HPP) was synthesized with piperazine and propene oxide and characterized by IR and 1H NMR.Its melting and freezing points were determined by differential scanning calorimetry. The pKa1 and pKa2 of HPP conjugate acid were calculated from its titration curve with hydrochloric acid.The reaction behavior of HPP half salt with SO2 and influence of SO42- on the volatile loss of HPP was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis.The synthesis of HPP by the reaction of piperazine with propene oxide was carried out by the stoichiometric amounts of reactants,the procedure was simple,and the resulting HPP purity was high.The melting point of HPP was 95℃and freezing point was 56℃,and the pKa1 and pKa2 of its conjugate acid were 3.8 and 8.2, respectively.SO42- can suppress the volatile loss of HPP and was chosen as the anion of HPP half salts in FGD.
