中国低活化马氏体钢CLAM蠕变性能研究

【摘要】 在聚变堆运行环境中,结构材料低活化铁素体/马氏体钢(RAFM钢)将承受长期高温负载。当温度超过约700K,其蠕变变形将是影响材料性能的主要因素之一。本文对中国低活化马氏体钢—CLAM在823-923K温度范围和130-300MPa应力水平下的蠕变性能进行了系统研究。结果表明,CLAM刚显示了类似于其他RAFM钢的三阶段蠕变曲线;在同一温度(或应力)下随应力(或温度)提高,最小蠕变速率增加,断裂时间减小。通过蠕变方程得到的应力因子n大于典型值3-5,激活能约为426KJ/m01.K并大于铁的自扩散激活能(300KJ/mo1.K),显示为位错控制蠕变变形机制。通过Larson-Miller参数,预测在典型包层设计使用寿命条件823K/100 000h下,其CLAM钢断裂强度约为140MPa,与其他RAFM钢如EUROFER97和F82H钢可比拟。

【Abstract】 The Reduced Activation Ferritic/Martensitic(RAFM) steel will withstand long-term high-temperature loading during the application in fusion reactors.When the temperature is higher than about 700 K,the creep deformation of RAFM steels will affect strongly the properties.In this work,the creep properties of CLAM have been carried out in the temperature range of 823-923K and with the applied stresses from 130 to 300 MPa.The CLAM steel exhibited the normal three-stage creep curve,and where at constant temperature(or stress),the minimum creep rate increased and rupture time decreased with the stress(or temperature) increasing.The obtained stress exponent n was higher than the typical values of 3-5,and activation energy Q was about 426 KJ/mol.K,which is also higher than the self diffusion energy of Fe(300 KJ/mol.K),indicating the dislocation creep mechanism.By using the Larson-Miller parameter,the rupture stress was estimated to be 140 MPa in the typical blanket condition(823K/100 OOOh),which is comparable to other RAFM steels,such as EUROFER 92 and F82H.
