绿色食品与农业可持续发展

【摘要】 随着农业进入新的发展阶段,农产品安全问题已成为农业发展的主要矛盾之一。近年来,农药、兽药、饲料添加剂、化肥、激素等的使用不断增加,在为我国农业生产发挥积极作用的同时也产生了农业污染日益突出的问题。农产品质量安全问题的存在不仅危害人们的生命健康,损害消费者利益,而且也影响农产品的市场竞争力和出口贸易,应以绿色食品为突破口,实行从产地到加工、销售全过程的质量安全控制。农业可持续发展是我国可持续发展战略的重要组成部分,绿色食品的发展与农业可持续发展有着密切的关系。本文概述了农业可持续发展含义、特点,从21世纪我国农业生产中面临的严峻挑战的角度,阐述了发展绿色食品、实施绿色食品工程对于农业可持续发展的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The issue of primary products safety had been central contradiction with agriculture development. In recent years the use of agricultural chemicals had given birth to outstanding agricultural polluted problem.The issue of primary products safety not only damaged health of body but also did harm to interest of consumers,market competition ability and export trade.Agricultural sustainable development is an important component of our country’s sustainable development strategies.The advancement on green food has a close relationship to it.In this article,its implication and specificity are summarized.And from the challenge that Chinese agriculture is faced with,the important role about the practice of green food engineering playing is also stated.更多还原
