基于离散模糊事件隶属函数的模糊可靠性分析

【摘要】 为直接利用模糊事件概率进行模糊可靠性分析中,确定恰当的模糊事件的隶属函数是至关重要的。本文依据已知离散模糊应力或模糊强度的隶属函数,获得了模糊安全或失效事件的隶属函数的表达式,从而提供了一种直接运用模糊概率理论分析机械零件模糊可靠性的方法,也为今后进一步研究连续模糊变量时,通过确定模糊安全或失效事件的隶属函数,建立一种应用模糊事件概率理论进行模糊可靠性分析的通用模型,提供了理论上的可能。算例验证了方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 In the paper the approach for obtaining the membership function of fuzzy safe or failure event is given according to the membership function of fuzzy stress or strength,and the expressions of the membership functions for discrete fuzzy stress or strength are obtained.By utilizing the approach for obtaining the membership functions in the paper,the fuzzy probability theory can be used to analyze fuzzy reliability of machine parts directly.This approach provides a probability for building the fuzzy safety or failure event membership function with continuous variables and using a general model to analyze the fuzzy reliability.An example is taken to compare the approach in the paper with the other one,and prove the approach feasible.
