基于遗传禁忌混合搜索算法的设备布局研究

【摘要】 设备布局设计是制造系统设计的重要组成部分,设备布局是否合理对整个制造系统的总体功效起着非常重要的影响。遗传算法、禁忌搜索等一些启发式算法曾广泛应用于设备布局的设计中,但遗传算法在实际应用中,常常出现出早熟现象,爬山能力弱,收敛性能不很理想等一系列缺点,而禁忌搜索是串行的,搜索效率低,并且禁忌搜索对初始解具有较强的依赖性。本文将遗传算法和禁忌搜索结合起来,相互取长补短,使遗传禁忌混合搜索算法综合了遗传算法具有多出发点和禁忌搜索的记忆功能及爬山能力强的特点。通过实例计算,证明遗传禁忌混合搜索算法是一种行之有效的算法,对解决设备布局这类组合优化问题具有很好的实用价值。
【Abstract】 The design of the machine layout is an important part of the design of a manufacturing system.It has very important effect on the performance of the manufacturing system whether the machine layout is proper or not.Some approaches,such as genetic algorithm,tabu search have been widely used in the design of the machine layout.In the practical application,the genetic algorithm often has some defects,such as prematurity,inefficient hill-climbing capability,imperfect convergence performance,while the tabu search is low efficient in searching because of its serial mechanism and it depends on the initial solution.The paper combines genetic algorithm with tabu search to make the new algorithm have the two algorithm’s advantages.It searches new solutions in the multiple individuals which is the characteristics of the genetic algorithm,while it has memory ability and efficient hill-climbing capability which is the characteristics of tabu search.Through an example,we can conclude that genetic and tabu search hybrid algorithm is an effective algorithm,it is very useful in solving the combinatorial optimization problems such as the machine layout problem.
