矿区生态环境修复的生物技术研究

【摘要】 生物修复技术是近年来发展起来的一种主要用于矿区污染治理的绿色生态环境技术,是当前学术界研究的热点领域。生物修复的机制是生物对污染物的吸收积累和降解转化,具有成本低、效率高、不引起二次污染等优点。安徽省丰富的生物资源、适宜的气候条件和多种类型的矿山开采与冶炼场所,有利于寻找、筛选、繁殖耐受型生物物种(生态型)及相关固氮菌,可以充分利用这些优势寻找和培育耐性和超富集植物,用于不同类型矿区的生态修复。
【Abstract】 Bioremediation is a green ecological technique for cleaning pollutants in mine area and the study on bioremediation is one of the hot fields of academic research worldwide.The mechanism of bioremediation is that plants absorb,accumulate, degrade and convert pollutants.So it has many advantages such as it’s low cost,no destroy to the environment of mining area and does no result in polluting again.Some suggestions were put forward for eco-remediation of Anhui province in this field.
