区域生态环境评价的主成分投影模型及其应用

【摘要】 从主成分投影的角度,建立了区域生态环境评价的主成分投影模型。该模型以熵权法确定评价指标权重,通过对指标值无量纲化和加权处理,以正交变换的方式将原有指标转换成彼此正交的综合指标,从而消除了指标间信息重叠、相互干扰给评价结果带来的影响。再由各待评对象相应的决策向量在理想决策向量方向上的投影得到一维综合评判指标,据此对样本生态环境质量状况进行识别和排序。实例研究表明,主成分投影评价模型评价结果是合理、可信的。
【Abstract】 According to the principal component projection theory,a model for application to regional eco-environmental assessment is established.In the model,the weights of evaluation indexes are determined by entropy weight method.On the basis of dimensionless treatment and combining weights to each index,the orginal evaluation indexes are transformed into comprehensive indexes by way of cross transformation.Through this change,the affect arised from information overlap among assessment indexes on decision-making conclusion can be eliminated effectively. By projecting evaluated example vecors to ideal example vector,each projection value can be calculated.According to the projection values obtained upward,the regional eco-environmental quality is evaluated at last.Case study shows that the conclusion arrived from principal component projection model is reasonable and creditable.
