【Abstract】 To construct eco-city is the aim of resource-type cities’ development and it is also the main method and efficient mold to gain the sustainable development of resource-type cities. Eco-city’s construction is a systematic work.In this paper,the problems about the construction of eco-city have been discussed,which comprise:the building project of eco-city,the scientic utility of resource,the developing of inhabitable ecological environment,how to raise the city-construct fund according to the city-operating-conception,the strengthening of the build and protection of ecological environment,and the developing of cyclical economy.更多还原
