集装箱船模型螺旋桨空泡与脉动压力比对试验研究

【摘要】 本研究以5600TEU集装箱船为对象在中国船舶科学研究中心(CSSRC)的大型循环水槽(CLCC)与德国汉堡水池(HSVA)的大型循环空泡水槽(HYKAT)采用同一船体和螺旋桨模型开展了螺旋桨空泡与脉动压力比对试验。试验结果表明:在相同工况下,应用各自的试验方法,二者空泡形态一致,脉动压力一阶叶频分量偏差10%以内,二阶叶频分量偏差40%以内;随后,对3600TEU和4800TEU集装箱船在CLCC和HYKAT的模型试验结果进行比较,其偏差也基本相同。

【Abstract】 The greater power,higher speed,more complicated wake and heavier load of propeller for container vessel often cause more serious cavitaion erosion and vibration.Therefore more attention has to be paid on the cavitation behavior of propeller and more important for the model test of propeller cavitation observation and pressure fluctuation measurement during the propeller design stage than other types of commercial ship.At the meantime,investigation shows that the scale effect of propeller cavitation behavior between the model scale and full scale results are larger for container vessel than other types of ship.In order to get more exact predicted full scale results of cavitaion and pressure fluctuation from model scale in large cavitation channel of CSSRC(CLCC), the comparative test of cavitation and pressure fluctuation for a model propeller of the 5600TEU container vessel between CLCC and HYKAT of HSVA was performed.In addition,another two CV’s test results of model propeller for 3600TEU and 4800TEU from above labs were compared and represented.The results show that the cavitation behavior on the propeller blades is essentially consistent,and 1st harmonic of pressure fluctuation was almost the same.This shows that for CLCC of CSSRC,the cavitaion and pressure fluctuation test is coherent with the world wide famous 1ab.
