框架结构厂房定向爆破拆除及效果分析

【摘要】 介绍了复杂环境下30 m高混凝土框架结构热电厂厂房定向爆破拆除实例,结合该厂房结构坚固,爆破作业条件差和爆破振动易引起电气设备停止运行的特点,首先确定了爆破切口高度为6 m,并运用Midas/civil有限元软件对厂房进行倒塌失稳分析,然后对非承重墙、管道及钢架支撑等进行预处理,并估算出爆破振动安全距离为9.2 m,同时在办公楼前搭钢架并覆盖塑料网进行防护,最后对爆破振动速度进行了现场实时监测和数值分析。实践表明:爆破振动数值分析和现场监测结果基本一致,爆破振动对电气设备的正常运行无影响。
【Abstract】 An example of directional explosive demolition was introduced,which was 30 m high concrete frame structure of thermal power plant’s workshop in a complex environment.The surrounding was complex for the firm workshop structure,the poor operating conditions and the electrical equipment apt to stop running by blasting vibration. Firstly the blast cut height was determined as 6 m and the collapse instability Was analyzed by using the Midas/ civil finite element software.Then,the pretreatment on nonbearing wall,pipeline and steel frame were performed. Besides,the estimation of safe distance of blasting vibration was 9.2 m.Meanwhile,some steel frame and plastic net were set up to protect office building nearby.Finally,the blasting vibration velocity was recorded by in-situ realtime monitoring and numerical analysis.The practice shows that the numerical analysis fits field monitoring of biasring vibration results well.The blasting vibration plays no effect on the normal operation of the electrical equipment and accords with the design expectations.
