CL-20炸药两级驱动金属飞片研究

【摘要】 炸药多级爆轰驱动高速飞片装置,具有结构简单、使用方便、成本低等优点,可用于超高速碰撞和动态高压研究。在多级爆轰驱动巾使用高能量炸约,能够进一步提高驱动飞片的运动速度。采用CL-20炸蓟进行两级驱动金属飞片实验,通过任意反射面位移干涉系统(DISAR),测量了一级和二级飞片速度:建立了炸药两级驱动金属飞片计算模型,对CL-20炸药和JO-9159炸药两级爆轰驱动金属飞片进行了数值模拟计算,并对比了计算结果和实验结果,分析了二级CL-20炸药中爆轰波压力。结果表明,CL-20炸药的能量高于以HMX为基的炸药,能够驱动飞片使其达到更高的速度。
【Abstract】 The multi-stage explosive accelerated high velocity flyers device has the advantage of simple structure,easy to use,low cost and so on,which can be used for high velocity impacts and dynamic high-pressure research.In this device,the velocity of flyer is increased as the energy of explosives is higher. Therefore two-stage CL-20 explosive/flyer test was carried out and the free surface velocities of flyers were measured using displacement interferometer system for any reflector(DISAR) measurement.Two-stage explosive accelerated high velocity flyers system model was established.The velocity of flyer under CL-20 and JO-9159 explosives was simulated.The comparison of calculations and experimental data was made. Meanwhile the pressure at various depths into CL-20 was analyzed.The results show that with the use of CL-20 explosive,the velocity of flyer can be much higher.The energy of CL-20 explosive is higher than HMX-based explosive,which can accelerate flyer to higher velocity.
