田湾某吊架改造方案及强度校核

【摘要】 本文首先给出了田湾某吊架破坏的可能原因,并根据经验紧急制定了吊架的初步改造方案,以便业主在大修期间完成吊架的改造;然后对改造前后的吊架进行了强度校核。结果表明,改造前的吊架,其槽钢强度不满足规范要求。其断裂的根本原因是因为管系振动较大,导致吊架承受较大的振动交变应力;直接原因是吊架的槽钢与锚固板的焊接端部存在应力集中现象,在较大的振动应力作用下,引起槽钢根部的断裂。而改造后的吊架,其槽钢、拉杆强度均能满足规范要求。
【Abstract】 Firstly, the paper gives the possible causes of a hanger destruction in Tianwan NPS, and then urgently formulate a preliminary rehabilitation plan by previous experience, so that the owners can complete the transformation of the hanger in the overhaul period. Afterwards, the strength calculation for the hanger has been finished before and after reconstruction. The results show that the former hanger before transformation does not meet code requirements on structure strength. The root cause of fracture is piping vibration which results in a large vibration alternating stress on the hanger. The direct cause is that the stress concentration occurs on welded end around U-bar and anchor plate. Under the great vibration stress, this causes a fracture of the U-bar roots. After transformation, the U-bar and rod can meet code requirements on structure strength.
