【摘要】 露天矿山爆破不可避免的会遇到孤石、大块二次破碎的问题,国内二次破碎的主要方法为机械破碎法与爆破法。在哈密市巴里坤露天煤矿台阶爆破中针对出现的大块问题,采用PVC管与白铁皮自制的简易聚能药包对大块进行破碎,不仅提高了破碎效率,成本上也较为合理。文中利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元对有聚能穴的裸露药包聚能爆破的方法进行了数值模拟,并对模拟结果进行了分析,力图探寻一种合理而且操作简便的大块裸露药包聚能爆破的方法。在现场实验与应用中证明了文中使用的方法不仅实用,还可以提高大块二次破碎效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bursting in the open pit mine will inevitably encounter boulders and chunk recrushing, domestic secondary crushing principal means are mechanical crushing and blasting.The Balikun open pit bench blast for chunks problems in the City of Hami,PVC pipe and a tin homemade simple shaped kits were used to break chunks,not only improved the crushing efficiency,but also reduced the economic cost reasonablly.Using the ANSYS/ LS-DYNA finite element shaped gel kits shaped hole blasting method of numerical simulation,and simulation results are analyzed,in a bid to explore a logical and easy to large piece of bare kits shaped blasting method.The method proved in field experiments and application is not only fuctional,but also greatly improves the large secondary crushing efficiency.更多还原
