【摘要】 金属爆炸加工是涉及材料科学与工程领域的爆炸应用技术,它是利用炸药爆炸的高能率冲击效应进行金属材料间冶金结合、表面改性、塑性成形等不同工业目的主要方法。分别简述了爆炸焊接、爆炸冲击硬化、爆炸拉深、爆炸胀形、爆炸压缩成形、平板类零件爆炸成形等主要爆炸加工方法,并通过对典型方法的实验研究与数值模拟展示了这些主要技术的最新研究进展,藉供从事该领域研究与生产的科技工作者参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Explosive metal working which was the one of the main methods achieving Metal material metallurgical combination.Surface modification,Plastic forming by high-energy shock effect of the blast was application technology which related to Material engineering and material science fields.Based upon the Professional experience in this paper the author briefly describes the explosion welding,explosion hardening,explosion stretching,explosion expanding,explosion compression,explosion sheetforming etc.and through experimental and numerical study of typical parts.It show the latest research progress which will be reference for scientific and technical workers in this field.更多还原
