抑制性反馈对脉冲神经网络相关性放电影响研究

【摘要】 基于反馈脉冲神经网络模型,本文研究了神经元放电活动的相关性以及抑制性反馈对网络相关性放电活动的影响。仿真结果表明,随着抑制性反馈的增强,网络的平均放电率单调减小,振荡活动的强度单调增大,相关系数先减小后增大。通过在平均放电率恒定以及具有非振荡特性的反馈脉冲神经网络模型中分析网络相关系数和抑制性反馈强度的关系,表明网络的相关系数与抑制性反馈强度之间非单调的关系是由于抑制性反馈对网络放电活动相互矛盾的两方面作用产生的。抑制性反馈通过调整放电序列的强度和规律性,影响网络放电活动的相关性。
【Abstract】 Based on feedback spiking neural network model, the correlation of the firing activity of the neurons and the effect of the inhibitory feedback on the correlated firing activity of the network are studied. The results of the numerical simulations show that with increasing strength of the inhibitory feedback, the mean firing rate of the network is decreased, the strength of the oscillation is increased, and the correlation coefficient first drops, but later rises. By exploring the relationship between the correlation coefficient and the strength of the inhibitory feedback in the network with constant mean firing rate or without oscillation, two opposing effects of the inhibitory feedback on the firing activity of the network are found to contribute to the non-monotonic relationship between the correlation coefficient and the strength of the inhibitory feedback. The inhibitory feedback modulates the intensity and regularity of the spike trains, and then affects the correlated firing activity.
