基于定量反馈理论的双液压马达等同式同步控制器的设计研究

【摘要】 本文针对三轴飞行仿真转台中框同步驱动控制问题,提出了一种基于定量反馈理论(QFT)的等同式同步控制器设计方法。本文首先应用闭环功率谱辨识方法得到转台中框两液压马达数值型QFT系统模板,应用QFT分别设计了两液压马达在[-24°,-12°]和[12°,24°]工作点范围内的前向通道控制器,并通过在控制回路中加入前馈控制器补偿系统相位滞后。实验证明,此复合控制器保证了飞行仿真转台中框两液压马达各项性能指标要求。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes a method of designing the equal status synchronizing controllers for the synchronization control system of the middle gimbal of the three-axis flight simulator,based on the quantitative feedback theory.The paper first acquires the numerical QFT system templates of the two hydraulic driven motors of the flight simulator middle gimbal by employing closed-loop power spectrum estimation method,and then designs the forward channel controllers of the two hydraulic driven motors in the range of -24°to -12°and 12°to 24°by applying QFT respectively.In addition,the paper also adds the feed forward controllers to the two control channels to compensate the phase.The experiments prove that all of the demands of the two hydraulic driven motors of the flight simulator middle gimbal can be satisfied by the compound controllers which are designed above.
