水平井调流控水筛管流体流动耦合模型研究

【摘要】 水平井控水是世界级的难题,调流控水筛管完井技术的提出实现了从单纯以防砂为主的筛管完井向防砂控水一体化的转变,提供了一种全新的水平井控水的思路。文中根据调流控水筛管的结构特点,建立耦合模型并进行了求解。研究发现,相对于单纯的实施盲管段或调整嘴子大小的方式,实施管外封隔或在实施管外封隔的同时配合使用实施盲管段(或调整嘴子大小)的方式对产液剖面的调整幅度较大。由于高渗带是主要的水淹带,同时又是主要的产液带,因此,过分限制高渗带的产液量未必能取得较好的开发效果,因为在限制高渗带产液量的同时也损失了产能。

【Abstract】 Water control technique for horizontal well is a world-famous puzzle.A new technology of completion strings with inner-located nozzle is introduced.It changes the traditional screen mainly on sand control completion into incorporate of water-plugging and sand control completion and put forward a new idea for water control.The coupled model is established and has been solved according to the characteristics of the completion strings with inner-located nozzle.The study found that compared to a simple implementation of blank tubing or adjust the size of the nozzle,the implementation of external casing packer or the implementation of external casing packer in conjunction with the implementation of blank tubing(or adjust the size of the nozzle) can adjustment the production profile by a wide margin.Because the high permeability zone is the major water flooded zone,is also the major producing zone,therefore,unduly limit the liquid producing capacity may not be able to achieve preferable results.
