光栅振动传感器设计与性能分析

【摘要】 光栅传感器作为一种高精度测量手段,被广泛应用于长度、角度等测量。但在振动测量过程中,光栅传感器结构稳定性好坏直接影响莫尔条纹质量,特别是两光栅间的相对位置变化是形成测量误差的主要来源,从而限制了光栅振动传感器的应用。光栅振动传感器是以主光栅为敏感元件——谐振子,通过弹簧与传感器外壳连接,形成弹簧——质量系统,拾取外部振动信号。限制光栅横向移动或扭摆,是保持传感器结构稳定的关键任务。本文采用横向限振弹簧片,减小横向振动和光栅振子的扭摆,并实现了光栅振动传感器设计,有效提高了传感器的结构稳定性。通过误差分析,提出了改善传感器性能的必要手段。实验证明,采用100线光栅组成光闸式光栅副,在垂直入射光原系统照射下,测振频率范围在10~300Hz内,振幅测量精度可以达到10-7m,动态范围可达到90dB。该传感器可用于地球物理勘探等中低频高精度振动测量。
【Abstract】 Mechanism stability of grating transducer for vibration measurement straight affects the quality of moire fringes;it is the main errors source in measurement process.As a sensory unit,the ruler grating is a vibrator linking with the shell by springs,which forms a spring-mass system.Spring slices with the function of restricting lateral vibration are used for bringing down the transverse vibration and torsion pendulum of grating.The design and performance analysis of grating transducer for vibration measurement are carried out.
